To choose the more challenging dart across three lanes and a turn lane while holding her phone like glue to the left side of her head.

In this case, any accident is always the fault of the one pulling into traffic.
So, rendering yourself unable to see or hear the traffic you intend to dart in front of is brilliant!

Your phone not only blocked you from using your left hand to drive it also blocked your vision enough to miss me on my motorcycle.
I see you running your mouth and not seeing me.
I see you turning your head checking left to right, only your look to the left isn’t really a look, not even a glance.
